Terms of Service for Truth or Dare

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Truth or Dare ("we", "us", "our"), developed by OSDev, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Truth or Dare for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's/Google's respective platform terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the app for any unlawful purpose; attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the app, except as permitted by law; interfere with the app's operation.

Your Content

Truth or Dare lets you create player profiles — names and optional photos — for each game mode. This content is stored locally on your device, and you retain full ownership of it. We don't claim any license to it beyond what's needed to display it back to you within the app, since it's never transmitted to or stored on our servers.

Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use Truth or Dare, and at least 18 to access its optional 18+ mode. By using the app or that mode, you confirm you meet the applicable age requirement.

Purchases

Truth or Dare does not currently offer in-app purchases or subscriptions.

Disclaimers

Truth or Dare is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Truth or Dare's developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Truth or Dare at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms, without prior notice.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
