Terms of Service for Simple Tasks

By downloading, installing, or using Simple Tasks (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the App.

OSDev grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's/Google's respective platform terms.

You agree not to: use the App for any unlawful purpose; attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App, except as permitted by law; or interfere with the App's operation.

The App lets you create tasks, notes, categories, and custom fields. You retain full ownership of everything you create. This content is stored locally on your device, and — if you enable cloud sync — in your own Google Drive or iCloud account. We claim no ownership over your content, and no license to it beyond what's technically necessary to store and sync it at your direction.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm you meet this age requirement.

The App does not currently offer in-app purchases or subscriptions.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or performance of Google Drive, iCloud, or Google AdMob, which are operated by third parties under their own terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OSDev will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any loss of data stored locally or synced through Google Drive or iCloud.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms, without prior notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
