Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PDF Editor, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PDF Editor for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's/Google's respective platform terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the app for any unlawful purpose; attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the app, except as permitted by law; or interfere with the app's operation.

Your Content

PDF Editor lets you scan, edit, and store documents, images, and PDFs locally on your device. You retain full ownership of everything you create or import into the app. Because this content is stored only on your device and never transmitted to us, we neither hold nor claim any license over it — there is nothing for us to operate around, since we have no server-side access to it at all.

Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use PDF Editor. By using the app, you confirm you meet this age requirement.

Purchases

PDF Editor does not currently offer in-app purchases or subscriptions.

Disclaimers

PDF Editor is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. In particular, features like OCR text extraction, document conversion, and auto-edge detection are automated and may not be perfectly accurate — review important documents before relying on their converted or extracted output.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDF Editor's developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of documents stored locally on your device. Because all of your content lives only on your device, we strongly recommend keeping your own backups of anything important.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to PDF Editor at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms, without prior notice.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
