Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Cv Maker, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Cv Maker for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's/Google's respective platform terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the app for any unlawful purpose; attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the app, except as permitted by law; interfere with the app's operation.

Your Content

You retain full ownership of the CV content you create in Cv Maker — your name, contact details, work history, and everything else you enter, along with any photo you add. Because this content is stored only on your device and never transmitted to us, we don't need, and don't take, any license to it. What you export and how you use it — including sending it to employers or anyone else — is entirely up to you.

Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use Cv Maker. By using the app, you confirm you meet this age requirement.

Purchases

Cv Maker does not currently offer in-app purchases or subscriptions.

Disclaimers

Cv Maker is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. We're not responsible for the accuracy of the content you enter, or for how any third party (such as an employer) responds to a CV you create or export using the app.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cv Maker's developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Cv Maker at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms, without prior notice.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
