Privacy Policy — Push Notifications

This privacy policy explains what happens to your information when you use Push Notifications (listed on the App Store and Google Play as *Live Note: Push Notifications Reminder*), developed by OSDev ("we," "us," "our").

Summary

Push Notifications is designed to work entirely on your device. We do not operate a server for this app, and we do not collect, view, or store any of your reminder content. Everything you create — titles, notes, photos, and schedules — stays on your device unless you deliberately export it yourself.

Information we do not collect

We do not require an account, a login, or any personal information to use this app. We have no access to your reminders, their content, or your photos. No analytics or crash-reporting service embedded in this app transmits your reminder content to us.

Data stored on your device

• Reminder titles, notes, timestamps, and repeat schedules
• Any emoji or photo you attach to a reminder (photos are saved to the app's private storage and are never uploaded anywhere by this app)
• Your appearance preferences (light/dark mode, accent color)

This data is stored using standard on-device app storage. Uninstalling the app, or using the in-app Delete All Data option, permanently removes it.

Notifications

This app uses your device's notification permission solely to show you the reminders you create, at the times you choose. No notification content is generated by, or passes through, any server we operate.

Export & Import

The Export feature creates a single file on your device containing your reminders, including any attached photos. Where that file goes afterward — which app you share it through, where you save it — is entirely your choice; we have no visibility into or control over it once it leaves the app. Import reads a file you select back into the app; nothing is sent to us as part of this process.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

This app displays ads served by Google AdMob to help cover the cost of offering it for free. AdMob may collect information such as your device's advertising identifier, general device information, and an approximate location derived from IP address, in order to serve and measure ads — and, where permitted, to personalize them. This collection is performed by Google, governed by Google's own privacy policy, not ours: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Where personalized advertising relies on cross-app tracking (e.g. IDFA on iOS), this app requests your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before doing so, and personalized ads are only shown if you grant it.

Children's privacy

This app is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your rights

Because reminder content never leaves your device, there is no copy of it for us to give you, correct, or delete on request — the in-app Export, Edit, and Delete All Data features already give you full, direct control over it at all times.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region with its own data protection law, you may still have rights concerning data processed by Google as our advertising partner; see Google's privacy policy above for how to exercise them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app changes — for example, if a feature that involves data leaving your device is added in the future, this document will be updated to reflect it before that feature ships.
